What is better than going for a walk on the farm? Nothing!
On a hot sunny afternoon Amaru,Ringakaha,Hikurangi, Amira and I
went for a afternoon walk on the farm. At first we were looking for Tuna
but that got boring so we went for a walk to the big disgusting swamp.
It was very disgusting because it smelt rotten and it was like mud and
poo put in water.

The first thing I heard was Amira shouting”Help!, Help!” I tried and tried
to pull her out but she got stuck in the quicksand.
In a split second I looked at her and she began to sink.
The next thing I knew, Hikurangi started to sink as well.
When they finally set free we tried to find a easier way to the big
swamp. So we had to walk anxiously right around.

When we finally reached the fence we saw Maui just staring at us.
Amira called out” What are you doing Maui you creep”?
He was just standing there like a headless chicken.
We walked over to him and asked him if he wanted to come for a swim,
He happily replied “YUP!” so one by one we all jumped the fence.
By then My shoes and socks were saturated because I ran right through
the yuck soaking mud.
So I tried to hurry them all up. But they were taking their time
so Amira and I began to walk home quickly because it was getting
dark.
