On tuesday, Kohl-lee, Kohatu, Kaya, Whaea Lucy and I travelled down to auckland with the Hokianga cluester. We had a great trip! The reason we went down to Auckland was because the yearly young leaders festival is down there. We had a great trip, We left Tautoro School at about nine and arrived in Whangarei for a lunch break at about ten. Whangarei was the destination that all the clusters met up, after that we all travelled to Auckland in like a convoy. Our van was in the front, Whaea louise was driving. Whaea Tammy was driving the pakaraka and Okaihau college van and Whaea Taina was driving the Whangarei grove primary school car. We had a few more stops before we got to Auckland. When we got to Auckland, it was about four-ish. We were staying at the Mangere Oak wood lodge. We all settled in and then we went shopping for our dinner and lunch supplies. We were a giant group for just going shopping I reckon. We had to get up at six in the morning so that we could have a hui in Whaea Colleen's Room at seven. After our hui, we got ready to leave to the Vodafone Center. That was were the Young leaders conference was held. We had an amazing day, even though it was six hours long. We even got the opportunity to witness Kings👑 perform. It was ecstatic, one of the songs that he sung for us was 6ix figures. At the end of the day, we got treated with K.F.C in Whangarei. It was a very educational and cheerful two days. I hope you enjoy!
