Narrative writing

W.A.L.T: develop predictions through narrative writing.

W.A.L.T: Convert mixed fractions to improper fractions and vice versa.Today we learnt about Mixed fractions and Improper fractions. He whakapounamu kai~ Technology.

On friday, all the year eights went to Technology. We created two kinds of biscuits. They were delicious. I enjoy going to Technology for many reasons and Whaea Maureen also teaches us about science.Here it is below!!

The Christchurch Crisis💔

Today we had to make a card dedicated to all of the muslim and people down in Christchurch, going through a dreadful time. who knew that one man could commit a tragic crime as big as actually killing 49 innocent people?
Here below is my card that I have created, dedicated to the muslim communities and all the people in Christchurch.

Debugging algorithms👑♥

W.A.L.T be debuggers... With this, we are learning to debug algorithms. Bugs are a mistake in a programme. If we fix the bug, the programme will work.
Success criteria:

  1. First you have to know where the bug is not.
  2. Next, remove the bug, and fix the trouble it caused.
  3. Lastly, change the algorithm to make it right.
